1. Place the bamboo cutting board in an upright position, with the knife channel pointed down, to maximize airflow and prevent moisture from being trapped within.
2. Surface cleaning only, do not soak in water.
3. Hand wash bamboo cutting board and knives with a mild detergent in cold water only, rinse and wipe dry immediately after each use.
1. Give your bamboo cutting board and knife a cold-water, mild-detergent wash after each use. Never soak! Stand the board upright with the knife slot facing down for max airflow and no trapped moisture. Handle the knife with care - ONLY insert after the board is totally dry.
2. Keep outta the reach of kiddos! DON'T put it in the dishwasher - harsh chemicals are a no-no and will void the warranty!
3. Treat the board with cold water, baking soda, and fresh lemon juice; rinse, & dry. Once in a while oil with food-grade goodness like mineral, beeswax, cocoa, or carnauba. Wipe off any extra oil, and bask in the board's restored brightness and colour.
