- Shopping at AltVibes.com is easy:
Once you have found an item/s on AltVibes.com, click on the 'ADD TO SHOPPING BAG' button on the product page. Review the items in your shopping bag by clicking the 'CART' link at the top of the page. Click on 'CHECKOUT’ to update billing & shipping address. Click on ‘SAVE and 'CONTINUE’ to choose the Payment Option to complete your order.
- Yes. You need to set up an account to shop online. Click on the ‘Login’ icon to create an account.
- As a registered customer, you will receive the following benefits-

- To reset your password, follow the 'FORGOT PASSWORD' instructions on the SIGN IN page. Please note, for security reasons we are unable to send your old password via email.
We process all payments through a secure checkout system provided by Razorpay Ltd. To ensure that you don't experience any delays to your order, please make sure all your details entered are correct.

- We try our best to deliver orders between 7 to 10 business days (excludes public holidays & Sundays). The Delivery time may increase during special offers and sales periods.
- We are only able to deliver to one address per order. In case you would like to receive your orders at multiple locations, we suggest that you place separate orders for each destination.
- You can cancel a purchase before your order is ready for dispatch. To change an Item/Order, you have to cancel the existing order and place a new order. Once the order is shipped, you cannot cancel the same.
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your airway bill number to track your package. If you have registered, you can also trace your delivery by signing into your account and selecting My Account.
- Making a return at AltVibes is easy. If your purchase meets our return criteria as stated above, please email us at hello@altvibes.com within 72 hours of delivery with the following information:
- Order number
- Delivery address
- Specify the reason for the return. In case of a defective or incorrect product, please send us an image of the item at hello@altvibes.com
- In case of an exchange, your new order will be sent within 5-7 working days after we receive your returned product. The exchange difference cost and shipping cost shall vary from case to case and would be notified to the customer via email.
- If you receive a damaged product, let us know within 72 hours of receiving the order- and we’ll get it replaced as soon as possible. While using AltVibes products, remember, they will survive everything except slippery hands.
– Unfortunately, once your orders are placed, we cannot combine multiple orders due to regulatory and compliance issues. Shipping will be applicable on every new order (if it does not fall under the free shipping criteria).
