I’ve been using this product for over 4 months now and I must say that I love it. It was delivered on time and properly packaged with more than sufficient bubble wrap for safety. The build quality is great and learning to use it is pretty simple. It’s also pretty versatile and you can combine different percolation and immersion periods in different orders for making different recipes. Highly recommended!

Perfect piece I use as it as coaster

Had a small issue with an OXO product I ordered, but the AltVibes team handled it really well. They were patient, responsive, checked multiple replacement units and eventually processed the refund without making the process difficult.

The product issue itself was unfortunate, but their transparency and willingness to do the right thing genuinely gave me confidence in the store. Really appreciate the way they handled it.
