How To: 

1. Set your ASSAM tea press securely on a heat-proof, non-slip surface for optimal stability.
2. Add your desired tea leaves to the integrated stainless steel filter. To produce 1L of tea, we suggest 2-3 scoops of black tea or 3 scoops of herbal tea be utilized.
3. Pour in hot water, ensuring the water stays below the MAX fill line.
4. Place the lid atop the pot with the plunger in the "up" position and leave your tea to steep - black teas need 3-5 minutes, herbal and fruit teas require 5-10 minutes.
5. Once your tea is at its preferred strength, firmly press the plunger down to stop the brewing process. Serve and savor.
