It's perfect for a small 8oz cup of coffee to give you an afternoon pick-me-up. With its portable design, you can keep a stack of filters and ground coffee on your office desk for quick and delicious coffee anytime, anywhere. Whether you're going on a short camping trip or in need of emergency coffee while travelling, the My Cafe Drip Filter is like having a reliable Pocket Coffee Hero always at your service.

Instructions:

Begin by turning on the kettle. Then, unfold the handles and securely place the filter on your preferred mug or tumbler. Measure out the desired amount of coffee (e.g. 12g) and grind it on a coarse filter setting. Next, pour or spoon the ground coffee into the filter and gently shake it to create an even bed. Slowly pour hot water over the coffee, making sure all grounds are wet (roughly 40g of water). Allow the coffee to bloom for 30-45 seconds before continuing to pour the remaining water (totalling approximately 200g). If needed, pause pouring to allow the water to properly draw down. Once fully brewed, carefully discard the grounds and filter. Take a moment to smell the aroma of your freshly brewed coffee before savouring your first sip. Congratulations on becoming your pocket coffee hero!

Ensure that the handles are firmly attached to the cup to prevent the drip filter from losing balance while pouring water. Pour the water at a controlled pace to avoid overflow, which could potentially cause burns. When removing the drip filter from the cup after use, be careful not to spill any coffee.
