Nice well made press actually. I had an allegedly German press whose performance was so dismal that I had to chuck it even after paying a lot for it. I didn't expect much from this one either except for better build quality. It surprised me however, by doing the job very well. I love garlic and this will be something I will use regularly. I would have loved to buy the other garlic press from Oxo which has a red plastic cleaner insert included, but the prices for it were insane. This one is not very hard to clean either and works best with fresh and juicy garlic cloves.
