These Cold Brew Systems Filters are specifically designed to extract all the natural and delicious flavors of Coffee and Tea while preventing bitter acids and oils from seeping in during the brewing process.
1. Carefully read the manual with every product to maintain, care for, and handle appropriately.
2. Do not use harsh dish soaps or steel brushes for cleaning as they will cause scratches on coffee ware.
3. Avoid using bleach or cleaners containing chlorine on any parts of the product.
4. For Porcelain mugs, it is safe for use in the dishwasher and microwave. After dishwasher use, we recommend washing the silicone sleeve manually with warm water before drying properly with a tea towel.
